The Apple Orchard Inc.
Excellent summer day spend. Around $8 entrance + $2.50 per pound of apples. Plenty of porta potties on site along with hand washing station. There is entry fee but it comes along with many activities; vast fields for apple picking, squash, pumpkins & sunflowers, wagon ride that takes you around the field, corn maze, small 1km of quiet trail, corn pit & grain pot for kids, tractor skeletons you can climb on, goat & pony feeding & hay jumping. You can bring your own bags for apples or get the $3 reusable or $1 plastic ones. Filling a bag can cost you around $70 of apples which is too much for a family so pick & choose wisely. The farmers are all very lively & nice. We plan to visit every year.

The Patch Pumpkin Farm
Great little spot! Amazing attention to little details, and the tractors are really cool. They’re set up nicely for family photos too. A must see for fall. It’s already a family tradition for us.

Port Kells Nurseries
Cute little farm with great setups during holidays. The staff is nice and they have a large variety of pumpkins/squashes during Halloween. There's also a little play area and a maze for more family friendly fun. Also, lots of neat things in the shop! Will return again and again.

Hanes Corn Maze
Very cute farm with a bunch of animals that you can pet and feed. Huge corn maze with checkpoints. There’s a bakery and a pumpkin canon. You can also purchase pumpkins from them. Staff were very nice and the price was really good. It was around 30 dollars in total for two people to go to the corn maze and to the petting farm.

Long Family Orchard, Farm & Cider Mill
One of my favorite Cider Mills. Everything is reasonably priced and the fun farm is great for the kids! We spent roughly four hours there today and the kids never got bored. They would have stayed even longer had we not dragged them out. We're a family of four and spent roughly $140. That got all of us into the fun zone, 1 & 1/2 gallons of cider, 1 & 1/2 dozen doughnuts, 3 cider slushies, 2 cider slushies/creamsicles, and 3 picked pumpkins.

Fantasy Farms Inc.
Our first time being here for the Reapers Maze of Terror. The setup is creepy and spooky. Walking along the corn maze under the spooky ambience is an unique experience though. The staffs are nice and patient to our questions. Thx for the great efforts of all the staffs and players.

Somerset Pumpkin Farms
Six years I was their first customer, and I’ve been hooked ever since! What a gem for the Parkland Area. The owners of Somerset are so kind and passionate about what they do. I love that every time I visit I learn something new. Kate is a very gifted individual that is a pleasure to interact with. Stephen (husband) and kids are always there to lend a hand, and Harry and Nancy are so helpful and good for some laughs. The hard work and give back to the community does not unnoticed, as everyone knows just how hard and unpredictable farming can be. The production of their pumpkins and other crops is outstanding. I’ve purchased pumpkins that have lasted me an entire year! I highly recommend trying many of the varieties, including the squash. My family uses the pumpkins to carve for Halloween, but also to cook and bake with. Check out their Facebook and Instagram for recipes and tips, and as well for events and activities on hand.If you go during Pumpkin picking season you can also get farm fresh eggs, local honey from down the road, sunflowers, and more! They have little play areas for the kids and so many spots for photos. It’s truly a great place for all ages, and in Winter too! You can rent fire pits and enjoy the use of trails on their land.Prices are reasonable, and the farm is so clean. Can’t be beat!

Shantz Family Farm
This is the second time my son and I visited. The first time was when he was a little over 2 years old. This time was with his Junior Kindergarten class for a field trip. The animals were wonderful, the donkey was noisy, the lamb was sweet, the bunny was cuddly, the calves were aloof, the dog was friendly and the pigs were busy playing pumpkin soccer. The corn maze was exciting and my son was unsure we'd make it out although there was really only one path we followed. We went on a double trailer tractor ride through the fields until we got to a pumpkin patch. We picked our pumpkin to take home and went back on the tractor trailer. There is a nice play area with hay bales where there outdoor toys and play structures were set up. My son had a blast the second time around. Highly recommend a family visit.
